How long does it take to receive an order after it has been placed?

Generally, your order may process/ship within 1-3 business days upon order receipt; however, depending on volume of orders, please allow 5-7 business days (except for pre-order items) to process your order.  If express shipping is selected, your order will ship out the same day if placed by 12:00pm EST. Express orders placed after 12:00pm EST will ship out the following business day.  (when applicable)

 

How do I know which size is best for me?

To help you choose the best size for your body, at the footer of our website you'll find a link to the Size Guide to help you determine the best fit.  This link can be accessed from any page on our site.  Information on how the garment fits and if true to size is in the description of the product.

Do you provide tracking info for packages?

Yes.  Once your payment is accepted, you will receive an e-mail confirmation of your order. Once your item(s) has shipped, you will be notified via e-mail with your tracking number. 

 

What if my order comes damaged or I never receive my order?

Chloe Shaniece is committed to providing excellent customer satisfaction. Each order is carefully and  thoroughly inspected by an employee, folded and placed in pre-packaging.  But, we are only human and  things still happen.  In the event damages happen, please contact Customer Service immediately (support@chloeshaniece), preferably the day you receive it, and we will advise on how we can resolve your issue.

 

Your tracking number will provide a date of delivery. If it is not received by then, please contact the carrier. Please note, we are not responsible for any delays that may incur. We are also not responsible for packages lost while in the possession of the carrier.  However, we will help resolve any issues we can.

 

What if I change my mind and want to modify or cancel after my order is placed?

Once an order is placed at www.chloeshaniece.com, you have 24 hours to cancel and/or make changes. For assistance, please contact Customer Service as soon as possible at support@chloeshaniece.com. Changes and cancellations will not be accepted 24 hours after receipt; the order will be considered FINAL.  Orders marked fulfilled or shipped, are also considered FINAL.

 

I am having technical difficulties using www.chloeshaniece.com. What should I do?

Please e-mail a description and a screen shot (if possible) of the issue to support@chloeshaniece.com and we will attempt to resolve the issue in a timely fashion.
